Michelle McCurtayne, or some people may remember her as Michelle Baillie, is the proud owner and operator of Proficient Properties.
Having worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years Michelle has won many awards and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. In 1998 she was awarded Property Manager of the Year out of 500 offices within the Franchise she was working. Since then she has worked in some of Sydney’s largest prestige Real Estate Agencies. Michelle has great background in both Property Management and Sales, although her long term passion has always been on the Property Management side of the business.
Over the years Michelle has established excellent relationships with her clients because of her outgoing, hands on personality. She has a high level of existing clients and referrals because of her knowledge and experience within the Property Management Industry. Being an investor herself, Michelle knows how to maximise your rental return and protect your asset. Michelle is a wife and a mother with 3 daughters; she believes that communication is the key to any situation in life. She is not afraid of a challenge and can deal with any issues that come to hand. She believes that being very organised is an essential requirement to being an efficient Property Manager and a mother.
Michelle realised that there was a need for an agency who focused on their Property Management department and who could provide a more personnel boutique office where all her clients are known to her. She understands that each client has individual needs and her business caters particularly for these clients.
Michelle chooses to manage properties within a certain area of the office as these are both areas where Michelle has extensive knowledge of the rental market and prefers to manage properties within a reasonable distance from her base, as this is more beneficial to her clients, enabling her to keep a closer eye on their investment (see map for details).
Michelle has finely tuned her negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with all parties involved. This ensures that she delivers prompt, efficient & exceptional results every time.
