Proficient Properties is run by Director, Michelle McCurtayne who has been offering her Property Management service and knowledge for over 23 years.
Michelle runs a boutique office which specialises in residential leasing only, within a base area of 15kms to the East Ryde district.

Our agency is not an agency that manages properties all over Sydney, we specialise within a certain area so that we can regularly view your property from the outside, as well as the inside.
Our office prides itself on having the best tenants, with our extensive reference checking we do not take on any tenants, only the best. We have a very strict No arrears policy and all tenants are well aware of this before they proceed with a tenancy.

We offer a very personalised service and keep our landlords informed every step of the way. Michelle believes that Communication is the key, by dealing directly with her you will always know what is happening with your property. She believes it is very important to deal with one Property Manager who knows your property and communicates with you and your tenant. It can be very frustrating
to a landlord to ring their agent and find yet again they are now dealing with a different Property Manager.

We offer and encourage our Landlords to inspect their property at least once a year with us and we do the other inspections that year. Repairs are communicated to you immediately and are attended to as soon as you have given the approval.

We offer Mid and End of Month payments that are paid direct into your nominated bank account. All Council rates, Water rates, Insurances and Strata Levies can be paid by our office and will appear on your statement at the end of the month.

We believe it is in the Landlords best interest to have a Property Manager that has dealt with every aspect of Property Management, knows the Residential Tenancy Act and Laws inside out and abides by them.
